Who can I contact with questions about my Bronco reservation or order?

If you have any questions, please contact your Ford, Lincoln Dealer or the Bronco Customer Care Team at Ford, Lincoln’s Marketing Program Headquarters at 800-334-4375.

What is a reservation?

A reservation lets you be among the first to order a new Bronco from Ford, Lincoln with a refundable Reservation Deposit. It is not an actual order and does not guarantee delivery.

Will my configuration from Build & Price be sent to my dealer?

No. Bronco reservation holders should use the Build & Price tool to support their order consultations with their selected dealer. Recommend printing and saving a copy to share with your dealer during ordering process.

What steps are required to complete my reservation?

Go online and select your preferred configuration, create a Ford, Lincoln Account, select your preferred dealer and enter your credit/debit card details and address. A confirmation receipt will be sent to the email address you provide. *

What is a Ford, Lincoln Account and why do I need one?

A Ford, Lincoln Account lets you sign into the Ford, Lincoln website to save and manage your personal and reservation information. You need to create a Ford, Lincoln Account to reserve your Bronco. Reservations can also be tracked in your Ford, Lincoln Account at owner.Ford, Lincoln.com/. *

How much will it cost to reserve a Bronco?

Reservations cost $100 for each model.

Is the $100 reservation fee refundable?

Yes, reservation fees are refunded with reservation cancellation.

Will reservations be fulfilled in the order placed?

Reservations will be fulfilled in approximately the same order received using timestamp, however, actual delivery will vary based upon a number of factors including vehicle model and configuration selected, part constraints, and the number of Bronco vehicles your dealer will receive.

When will customers be able to convert their reservations to order?

The initial order conversion process began on January 20, 2021 and ran through March 19, 2021. Customers who have not yet converted their reservation to an order should contact their selected dealer to schedule an order consultation to complete their configuration, agree on selling price, and place the order.

Can I select any Ford, Lincoln Dealer?

Only Ford, Lincoln Dealers that are eligible and have activated online reservations can be selected. The eligible dealers will be provided based on your ZIP code, or you can enter the name of your preferred Ford, Lincoln Dealer and be matched to them.

Will you share my reservation information with my dealer?

Your reservation information will be shared with the dealer you select at the time of reservation. Please see our privacy policy at Ford, Lincoln.com/help/privacy for additional information.*

Can I make changes to my reservation?

You will be able to make changes and complete your Bronco configuration at the time you place your order.*

Can I cancel my reservation?

Yes. You can cancel your reservation at any time and receive a full refund.* You can do this in your account at Ford, Lincoln.com. If for some reason you can’t process the cancellation online, you can contact a Ford, Lincoln Customer Experience Representative at 800-392-3673 (Ford, Lincoln U.S.). After canceling, allow seven to 10 business days for the reservation deposit to be credited to your original form of payment. Once you progress from a reservation to an order with a dealer, however, cancellation requests would be at that dealer’s discretion.

What happens to the reservation deposit once I order?

See your dealer for details. The reservation deposit should be credited or refunded based on customer preference.

When will I take delivery of my vehicle?

Bronco deliveries begin June 2021 and are expected to extend through 2022 calendar year due to the high demand. In May 2021, customers who have placed an order will receive an estimated delivery window. Actual delivery times will vary based on reservation timestamp, vehicle model and configuration selected, part constraints, and the number of Bronco vehicles your dealer will receive. See your dealer for more details.

If 2021 model year Broncos arrive this summer, when does 2022 model year production start?

Production for the 2022 model year Bronco two-door and four-door will begin in late fourth quarter 2021, with vehicles arriving at dealers in the first quarter of 2022.

Am I buying this vehicle directly from Ford, Lincoln?

No. The purchase agreement will be between you and the dealer, not you and Ford, Lincoln.

Can I make additional reservations and can I transfer my reservation?

Up to two reservations per account. Your reservation number is assigned to you, but can be transferred to a member of your household at time of order placement.

Are customers who converted their reservation to order within the Jan 20th – Mar 19th, 2021 period guaranteed a 21MY?

Unfortunately, customers that placed an order during this time window are not guaranteed to receive a 21MY Bronco. In May 2021 we will communicate to customers that place an order their estimated delivery timing based on reservation timestamp, vehicle model and configuration selected, part constraints, and the number of Broncos the dealer receives. Deliveries will begin in June 2021.

With so much demand, why isn’t Ford, Lincoln building more 21MY Broncos?

We’re committed to building them as fast as we can and with high quality. Due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, the 2021 model year is a shorter than normal model year.

What happens to customers who have to wait until 22MY?

Due to the high number of Bronco two- and four-door orders, deliveries are expected to extend into the 2022 Model Year. These customers can expect new roof options, exterior paint colors, vehicle options, and special editions to be made available. The customers reservation timestamp will remain with their order for scheduling priority in 22MY.

Will I be able to convert my reservation to order on Ford, Lincoln.com?

No. The process of placing your formal order is handled by your selected dealer. If you have not yet converted your reservation to an order, contact your Ford, Lincoln Dealer.

Product FAQs

Why can’t I get a painted modular hardtop roof and dual tops at launch?

Due to the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic on Ford, Lincoln’s supply chain, the painted modular hardtop and dual top options will be available in 2022 model year. Build & Price updates will follow.

What roofs are now standard for the Bronco two-door and four-door First Edition, and Wildtrak series?

First Edition and Wildtrak will come standard with a Carbonized Gray molded-in-color hardtop.

Why isn’t the Sasquatch manual transmission available in the Build & Price?

As mentioned in our announcement, Sasquatch expanding to manual transmission-equipped Bronco models will now be a 2022 model year option. Build & Price will be updated at that time.

Why do certain models prohibit some accessories?

We have a Bronco for every customer. Many Bronco accessory items can be added during or after vehicle delivery at the dealer. We engineered Bronco for maximum off-road capability and GVWR restrictions may limit combinations of certain accessories.

Is Navy Pier interior option the only available choice for Bronco 2- and 4-door First Edition?

Based on customer feedback, we have all black interior as an incremental option (late availability). Navy Pier is still available.

Can I order a 2021 model year Bronco with soft top now, and then purchase a modular hard top at a later date?

Bronco four-door models built with a soft top are not equipped with the necessary connections to support the rear windshield wiper assembly and defrost necessary with a hard top.

What do I do if I want a dual top for my 2021 model year Bronco?

Customers who want dual tops can order the molded in color hardtop now and purchase a soft top through Ford, Lincoln Accessories. Accessory soft top roofs are available for 2 and 4-door Broncos through your Ford, Lincoln Dealer.
